The service was helpful, the pool was heated, the room had a fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, as well as a comfortable couch bed, and the hotel location was fantastic in a peaceful area.

The food was APPETISING and there were lots of dishes in the menu. Appreciated the room for coffee at front desk, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's location was secluded, to housekeeping to The Bistro.

I would like to thank Mark and Auther they went out of theie way to help me and my husband my room didn't have a microwave Mark brought one right up to our room and Auther gave us so much information about the restaurants and train services they were so friendly i had a room at the Hyett hotel its just a name the room was so dirty wven ti the point that the previous guest left socks behind on the floor broken glass all over the floor hair all over the bathroom i will never stay thier again!thank you Mark and Auther for everything!

The staff were very pleasant and incredibly welcoming. Great location in a beautiful area, near Newport, Rhode Island, downtown, and Martha's Vineyard.

When you pay a high price and the location is a drive from the destination (Salve Regina University), a cup of coffee should be provided in the lobby. Other hotel chains offer, coffee and snacks, I was surprised and disappointed that we had to purchase Starbucks coffee in the lobby.

The deluxe room had all the basic facilities, including a fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a couch bed. The hotel is located in a secluded area near the airport.

The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to Portsmouth and the airport. It's just a pleasant stroll away from the Sunrise Restaurant, where I ate a couple of times. The room had coffee at the front desk and provided coffee and tea making equipment as well as a refrigerator if needed.

Clean, comfortable and safe. The employees were extremely polite and delightful.

This place is tucked away near the city center, and the staff here is friendly and knows their stuff.

The beds were old but we saw new beds being delivered. The hall ways were dirty but maybe because there were lots of deliveries going on.

I thought this property was still priced a bit high

Every time we stay in Middletown, we like to stay here. This good basic hotel offers a wide range of big size rooms. It has incredibly nice, super friendly staff. The location is secluded. Blue Plate Diner, where you can eat dinner, is just a short stroll away from the venue.

Helpful customer care, parking on-site. Clean and updated rooms for coffee at front desk, food delicious. Location just next door to Newport, Rhode Island and all the shops and restaurants nearby on Rte 114 and the beach and downtown Newport.
